The Deliverable Is a Document.

Not a presentation. Not a summary of your own words played back at you.

Seven physical wire-bound documents produced across five structured working sessions. Each session has a specific output. If a session produces no document, it didn't happen. By Day 28 you have seven artifacts. By Day 30 you have a check-in call to confirm the architecture is holding.

The documents are yours permanently. They do not expire. Clients return to them six and twelve months after delivery because the structural logic they contain does not change.

What the Blueprint Is.

Five structured working sessions over 30 days. Each one produces one or more of the seven artifacts. The sessions are not conversations — they are construction.

It is not produced during the session. Each artifact is the result of the architect reading your situation, applying pattern recognition across fifty years and multiple industries, and committing an independent assessment to the page.

You may disagree with it. Most clients find that the parts they initially resist are the parts that prove most accurate.

THE SEVEN ARTIFACTS

What It Covers.

Every Blueprint produces these seven documents in this sequence. The structure is not optional — each artifact serves a specific function in the architecture.

01 — Decision Brief The deferred decision named, structured, and signed. Closed for 12 months unless a pre-agreed trigger fires. The single most important document in the engagement.

02 — Noise Removal List Everything draining your attention without return. 5–10 hours per week reclaimed from Monday. No theory. Just removal.

03 — Identity Statement One document that ends the role ambiguity. Three operating rules that tell you instantly whether a new opportunity is a yes or a no.

04 — Constraint Ledger Your non-negotiables converted into written operating rules. Not aspirations. Constraints you commit to in writing.

05 — Weekly Operating Template A designed week mapped to your actual calendar. Monday is no longer a surprise.

06 — 12-Week Plan Three priorities maximum. Hard milestones. Weekly accountability. Not a to-do list — a structured operating plan with a named outcome.

07 — Safeguard Protocol The drift detection system. If/then rules that catch regression before it becomes crisis. Pre-decided responses to the seven most common stall patterns.

What the Blueprint Is Not.

It is not a coaching summary. It is not a slide deck. It is not a list of suggestions or a reflection of what you told the architect.

It is not produced in a session. It is produced between sessions — written independently, precisely, and designed to hold up under pressure.

Coaching is a conversation. This is a construction project. At the end of a coaching engagement you have insights. At the end of this you have seven physical documents you can hold, execute, and hand to your team.

The Structural Diagnostic.

One session. One written report. Delivered within 48 hours.

The Structural Diagnostic produces a shorter version of the same architecture — a written Presenting Condition Assessment that names what is structurally wrong, identifies the fault producing it, and quantifies the annual cost of continued inaction.

It is not a teaser for the Blueprint. A client who implements the Diagnostic's findings and never returns has still received a complete piece of work. That is the standard it is written to.

The $1,500 fee is credited in full against The Blueprint if you proceed within 30 days.

Three engagements. Each one complete.

The Structural Diagnostic takes one session. The Blueprint runs for 30 days and closes. The Architecture runs for 90 days and closes. None of them is a funnel for the other.

Capacity is limited to two Blueprint engagements per month. One Architecture engagement per quarter.
